Xylophone – a percussion instrument of ancient origin and used in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America. In Europe, the first mentions of the xylophone instrument date back to the beginning of the 16th century. This is a series of wooden sticks of different sizes that we hit with sticks (wooden or metal). The tool can be used either as a solo instrument or as part of an ensemble. The xylophone helps to develop the child's ear for music, a sense of rhythm and is so easy to use that even a child can easily perform sounds, melody and rhythm.
